I love these Roundhouse metal standard gas lamp posts. I use them on my 16mm narrow gauge exhibition & garden layouts. They are robust enough to stand year round weather, although the clear plastic lamp enclosures may need replacement after a year or more outdoors. I prefer to install 12v filament GoW bulbs for better appearance when lit, to the supplied LEDs. If I'm really picky, the later version of these lamps uses thicker-walled brass tube inside the post, leaving less room for resistors and heat shrink joints inside - still manageable though. A great item to enhance a 16mm or G railway.
