SS59 Brick Tunnel Mouth & Wing Walls, single track
Hills were sometimes unavoidable obstacles which required a tunnel. Tunnel mouths ranged from the plain to the ornate. This single-track mouth is typical of many, the ovoid profile matches that of the tunnel section, distinguishing it from an overbridge. Area 137 x 108mm(Mouth wall) + 72mm(Angled wing walls).
